Lace, Lace, & More Lace

The Lace Project

[Where my Lace sleeps at night!]

Okay- so what is it & where can you get it?
The Lace Project bracelets are unique and edgy and come in sets of 4. They are able to be stacked and mixed for a fashionable statement. I absolutely adore this product and wear it as a staple piece in my clothing almost daily. I posted a few pictures to show you what they look like on, and how much I truly love them. If you follow me on Instagram, you already know this. You can find them directly on the link I provided you above.

Besides the amazing style, they are made with such great quality. I have a 4 year old sister who is constantly tugging and pulling on them when I am over, and they are in just as good of shape as when I bought them! They are handmade in LA and are all one of a kind pieces.

Jackie is the owner of The Lace Project- she provides amazing customer service and is willing to work with you on any special requests you might have. I am getting married in August of next year, and as a gift for my lovely bridesmaids, I asked Jackie if she could create a set of nude bracelets for me. They each contained a coin charm as well as an initial charm. Mine, pictured below, had "Mrs." engraved onto the initial charm. They came out perfect and now for all the events coming up (bridal shower & bachelorette party) my girls and I will all have a piece of jewelry that ties us together. The girls loved them!

If you have any questions about these bracelets, please feel free to leave me a comment. What is your holy grail accessory? I want to know! :)

Fall Accessories & Makeup Looks

Hello Beauties!
I decided to post a few of my favorite accessories and makeup looks for this fall/winter weather! I recently graduated from college, and as a graduation gift, I got this GORGEOUS Rebecca Minkoff purse. His name is Sunny, and he is absolutely perfect. Made with leather, it has a very classy look that you can take to work as well as out for a night on the town. It has gold detail and a magnetic closure strip at the top, which is very convenient.

Who doesn't love a comfy winter outfit? Everything about this outfit is comfortable, even the shoes! I have a Brandy Melville top on (it is from a while ago so I am not sure which one it is), with LuLuLemon leggings, The Oxford Trunk jewels, The Lace Project bracelets (my all time favorite accessory), and Bakers Shoes

I have been waiting to get my hands on a Cleobella beauty for a while now. Another part of my graduation gift was this clutch/wallet. This handcrafted leather wallet is produced in Bali and has beautiful designs that are very distinct and unique. That quality of the wallet is amazing and I love it paired with my Rebecca Minkoff purse! You can see how spacious the inside of the wallet is for all of your necesseties!

I recently purchased my first CHANEL product from Nordstrom last week. At first, I wasn't sure if I liked it or not- I was expecting the color to be more mauve than it actually is (now looking at it again online, I have no idea why I thought that). I got it in the color "Radieuse". After using it for a week, I fell in love with it! I have to say, it is my longest lasting lipstick that I own, compared to my YSL and Bobbi Brown lipsticks. It has become my go-to lipstick of choice. It feels moisturizing on my lips the whole time and never dries up while I am wearing it. This color is so complimenting, and the packaging is beautiful. I have been on a black and gold kick lately!

I am wearing the CHANEL lipstick here, along with the Laura Mercier eye palette I mentioned in my previous blog post, Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation Laura Mercier Creme Eye Liner in Noir Nars blush in "Super Orgasm" and "Albatross" for the highlight, Tarte Concealer in "fair", Velour Lashes in "Whispie Sweet Nothings", and Anastasia Brow Wiz in "Soft Brown".

Lastly, I got my nails done with white polish and gold glitter for the holidays! Let me know what your favorite holiday accessories are :)

The Honest Co. Review

I am constantly researching ways to improve the quality of life. I try and eat organic whenever possible and my latest mission has been to "detoxify" my home; from candles to cleaning supplies. I had heard of The Honest Co. a while back and finally decided to look into it for myself, and oh my goodness, I was not disappointed.

For those of you who have not heard of this company, The Honest Co. was started by Jessica Alba and Christopher Gavigan. All of their products are made without health-compromising chemicals and toxics that are present in most everything else today. They guarantee that their products are natural, cruelty-free, plant-based, renewable, biodegradable, among many other amazing qualities.  This is a company I can definitely get behind. In addition to the natural ingredients they use, they are completely affordable. I got all five things above for $35, shipping included. If that isn't amazing enough, the order shipped the next day and was delivered the same day! I couldn't believe my eyes when I got home and saw a package at my door step.

If you are looking for ways to detoxify all the nasty, harsh chemicals that we are constantly surrounded with, I 100% recommend that you look into this company. They have products  ranging from baby diapers, to body oils, to wellness supplements, to cleaning supplies. My prayers have been answered!

By the way, I have used all of the products above and love the smell and quality so far. They get the job done and when I am finished cleaning, my house smells so clean! I cannot wait to get my next shippment this month, which will include hand soap, toilet cleaner, floor cleaner, a bamboo dish brush, and glass+window cleaner.
